December Sundress - 32 Weeks

December Sundress - 32 Weeks

It's 80 degrees. Still. I try and try and try to pretend it's cool and breezy... it's not happening, but the real issue taking place for me personally is the dwindling wardrobe. So it's probably a good thing for me that it's still Summer in the island. Otherwise I would just be in leggings and Jeff's t-shirts. Let's be real... I'm usually in leggings and Jeff's shirts. A few times a week like to act like a human and put on real people clothing.

Sweater Bump

Sweater Bump

This TopShop Maternity Sweater is perfection. I know I'll be able to wear is postpartum and that makes it worth the money. It's cozy and I can throw it on with everything from jeans to shorts. Living in LA my favorite outfit was skinny jeans, boots, and a sweater. I can't wait to get back to that uniform next December. Oh cool air... I miss you!

Week 27-28 Check In

Week 27-28 Check In

Something happens in month 6 where all the sudden you get REALLY pregnant. Like, whoa. I went from poking my belly all the time to get her to move around to begging her to stop sleeping on my bladder. My shirts are way too short and my clothes will fit one day and then the next day look like a joke. Last week, I went to put my bra on and nope... too small. (I've mentioned that this non-stop growing boob situation is the thing I hate the most about pregnancy. Why does anyone pay for boobs? They're awful.)

Non Maternity Clothes that just WORK!

Non Maternity Clothes that just WORK!

95% of the time, I go into my closet and what I pull out no longer fits. I feel like "Fat guy in a little coat" daily. But on the rare occurrence that the item works, I want to kiss the designer for making my life a little easier. Such is the case with these shorts. Non-maternity shorts are a joke at this point. I'm closing in on 6 month pregnant. As my wonderful husband would say, I "look pregnant as shit" lately. But Fran Denim was designed with crossfit in mind so their stretch and comfort level is like no other.

SWIMMIAMI: Outfits, Snacking, Giveaways and More...

SWIMMIAMI: Outfits, Snacking, Giveaways and More...

SWIMMIAMI was wonderfully insane. This was my second year working the event with The Riviere Agency, and the first time working it under/in partnership with LDJ, and I have to say it was such an amazing honor and pleasure to be a part of the team. Our PR firm kicks major ass. Working production/PR is a tricky thing. You have to look and feel put together, but you are pulling 20 hour work days and you are barely sleeping or eating. You need to remember to plan your outfits and days accordingly... you need pockets and snacks. Don't forget the snacks or you may cry at 3am. Not saying it happened, but it might have. So, to save you any troubles, I'm bringing you a little #WhatsInMyBag from my favorite #OOTD from SWIMMIAMI.

She was an American Girl... Built on promises.

She was an American Girl... Built on promises.

Holidays exist inside of your soul. So even though I'm in the Bahamas, we waved the American Flag high on the Fourth of July. A big group of American expats headed out to a small island off Nassau, dug a fire pit, flew a huge flag over our boats, roasted S'mores, and listened to country music. It was awesome.

My London Look

My London Look

I love London. So So Much. It's crisp, and clean, has parks at every turn, amazing beers, pies and mash, nice people, gorgeous landmarks, royalty... it was everything I could've wanted. And more.

We wanted to move there immediately. I' sure we will at some point, but until then, we can visit.

I packed for this trip like I was going on a press tour. Seven pairs of heels! Never put on one pair. I tried on a million outfits and had them all ready to go. Got there and lived in Converse and my Frye motorcycle boots for 11 days. We walked all over Europe until we could barely walk any more, and that's when we stopped for drinks. Walk, drink, repeat.
