Happy Thanksgiving!

This Thanksgiving, I am grateful for:

  • My amazing fiancé, who stands by me and encourages me through out my million passions, dreams, highs, and lows. He is a solid rock in my life. I always knew all the ways I could upgrade him (haha JK!), but I had no idea how many ways he could upgrade me. I can not wait to become your wife. Thank you for the past 5 amazingly full years of life.
  • My friends, and everyone who has been so incredibly supportive and inspiring for me. I am so lucky to call so many driven, passionate, creative, and loving human beings "friends". The love you can receive when you open your eyes, your heart, and your life up is incredible.
  • My family. You are all amazing. I see so much of my mother in myself, and I couldn't be more grateful for that. Knowing I have her eyes, her hands, and her feet makes me oddly know how she is with me every step of the way. If I am half as loving and strong as she is, I will be just fine. I have learned everything I know from her. She is the most incredible mother, and an inspiring business owner. Watching her open her own agency, and seeing how tirelessly she works at making each persons dream come true, has taught me that nothing should be 9-5. If it isn't worth thinking about on your day off, you aren't doing the right thing. My sister is a beast, in the best way. I have never seen anyone else work as hard as she does, and manifest the things she can. I have watched her sign up for everything under the sun, and not stop until she has won at each thing. From singing, to acting, to working like a boss, I have spent my life hoping to be as successful and cool as her. One day. One day. And my father, who has taught me how to be  adventurous. He has tested me at times, but has made me a tough cookie with a big heart.
  • I'm thankful for the opportunity for growth and change, that has come in the form of a major move. Learning to toss "plans" to the side, and making the best out of every moment has opened my life in more ways than I thought possible. I'm excited. I'm terrified. I'm ready.
  • And… I am thankful for this country. For the past week, I have been on the most incredible road trip. Taking time to enjoy the things that California has to offer, took my breath away. Whatever the higher power is, they/he/she made one hell of an earth. From the trees, to the mountains, to the animals, and the oceans… nothing will ever be as beautiful as nature.

Hope your day is full of love, warmth, food, family, and friends.

xoxo Candace
