Wine Tasting at Young's

Last week, Young's Fine Wine had a Italian wine tasting. I ALWAYS miss these, and it hurts my soul, but I finally made one! I will tell you... it was worth the wait. I'll never miss one again. William Young, the owner, has such an incredible knowledge and passion for wine. It's just infectious. He really wants you to connect with where each bottle came from, and appreciate the stories that come with the each of their tastes.

We tasted a range of red wines with cheese and chocolate pairings galore.

We laughed. We learned. It was a great night.

Young's is tucked away in Sandyport Village and it couldn't be any more chic. While William and Kyle are pretty dapper, I feel like William's wife may have had a hand in the decor. It's the perfect fresh blend of the beach and French country. The walls are buttoned with vintage maps and delicious bottles of wine, champagne and more. It's so inviting you just want to grab a glass and take a seat at their table.

If you  live in Nassau, or you are ever visiting, I suggest swinging by. Meet the guys, grab a bottle (whether it's $20 or $400), and head to the beach to watch the sunset with an incredible bottle of vino.

**Don't mind my wine stained teeth.
