Gift Wrapping Inspiration

It's that time of the year when you get your serious wrap game on. When I was younger, I was Santa's workshop. My family would drop the presents off in my room and I would spend hours in my room wrapping everyones gifts. It was fun for me. I always felt like I had the inside scoop. I knew what people were going to get before they got it, and waited for fun reactions. It was fulfilling, and in a weird way one of my favorite parts of Christmas. In Nassau, it's about a million dollars for ribbon (No joke. A spool the other day was $90 for a nothing special spool.) so I'm opting for white butcher paper, with red assorted bows. Learning to get creative with what I have. Hopefully it turns out just half as cute as my inspiration pictures.

I'm wrapping about 40 empty boxes for a holiday party on Saturday and I'm finally getting in the swing of things. (I'm on box 28 and my right thumb is shredded from the tape dispenser.) While I won't be able to access most of these supplies, it's fun to find inspiration all over the web. I'm really loving the gold and grey situation by Boxwood Clippings. I might experiment as I go, and stray from the normal ribbon ideas.  I don't even know if I would want to unwrap the gifts in the photos below. Isn't the art of their wrapping gift enough? Jeez Louise.

If you are back in The States, don't forget to check Shopular while you are paper hunting. They have reminders for deals like Hallmark's buy one get one for $1 promotion going on until Christmas Eve, and coupons for all over town. I'm pretty obsessed with this app. Makes me desperately wish I was near a mall. (You can find out more about them here!) The low down is that they have all the coupons you can imagine on one free app. If you don't have it on your phone you are ridiculous.

How are you inspired to wrap gifts this holiday season? Show me! Show me! Leave the inspiration in the comments or tag me on Facebook or Instagram!
